Self-exclusion

Time-Out (Short Break)

Time-out enables you to take a short break from gambling with Sbotop. Once you begin a Time-out, you may not deposit, withdraw funds, play or access any of Sbotop's products. The available periods are shown in your Account Profile under Time-Out. Revoking a Time-Out can occur only after 24 hours have elapsed from the initial Time-Out request. Upon expiration of the Time-Out, your account is automatically reactivated.

Self-Exclusion (Extended Break)

If you require a longer break, you may elect Self-Exclusion for a defined period. Self-Exclusion means your account will remain closed for the selected duration. Please contact Sbotop via the email address listed in the Contact Us section to initiate Self-Exclusion. Upon receipt of your email request, the account will enter Stage 1 – a 24-hour cooling-off period during which no gambling activity is possible. After Stage 1 has elapsed, while the account remains closed, a Customer Support Agent will inform you of the available Self-Exclusion periods. There can be no variations of the pre-selected periods. To proceed, you must respond by email. If we do not receive a response within a further 24 hours, your Self-Exclusion request will be treated as withdrawn, and your account will be reopened and confirmed by email. Once you begin the Self-Exclusion period, your account will be disabled and you will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds for the duration of the Self-Exclusion. Upon expiration of the Self-Exclusion, your account will automatically be re-activated.

Revocation and Reactivation

Requests to revoke a Time-Out or a Self-Exclusion must be submitted in writing or by electronic notice to Sbotop. Sbotop will consider such requests in its discretion and may deny them.
